Knights of Columbus - Adopt a family

 The Knights of Columbus  had a stand out year in 2021.  We were able to distribute over $11,000 of Christmas cheer throughout our community.  The program was a huge success!  We adopted 15  families from Works of Mercy ministry, SVdP, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton,  and the Winter Sanctuary.  Volunteers from EDGE also gathered to wrap gifts for  families.  When the Knights made deliveries, they found that some  families had no gifts under the tree, some had no tree, and some had no  faith and no hope.   One family had a  five year old girl who was very sick, in and out of hospitals and another 8 year old girl and he  said, 

“Thank you so much. you made the Christmas dreams of my girls come  true!” 

 Thanks to all those Brother Knights who were able to participate in this worthwhile event.  We were able to  be true missionary disciples  and share the joy of Christmas with those in need.
